The Saint Paul Camera Club holds a salon on the first Tuesday of every month from October through May.
Salon entries are reviewed and scored by an experienced photography judge in advance of the salon. The evening of the salon, all entries for that month (digital and print) are projected on a screen as the judge critiques each one. Winning/Accepted images are those receiving a score of 8, 9, or 10 out of a possible 10.
You must be an SPCC member to submit an entry, however, the public is welcome to come and observe. You can learn a lot just be seeing what someone with a trained eye sees in a photo!
