1. During the 2009-2010 competition year, Digital Image Salons will be held on the second Tuesday of November and January, and on the first Tuesday of March and May, on the same evening as the Monochrome Print Salons.

2. A maximum of three (3) digital images may be entered in each salon.

3. Categories are assigned for each salon. Submitted digital images must be in the designated category. (see calendar on the website)

4. All digital image entrants will compete in one class.

5. Digital images will be presented to the Digital Chairman in sRGB color space.

6. The ratio of the projected image is approximately 4:3 (i.e., four wide and three high). The maximum image size can not exceed 1024 pixels wide or 768 pixels high.

7. Images must be submitted in JPEG format.

8. Images will be accepted on a CD or jump drive, or they may be e-mailed to the Digital Chairman.  Email is preferred.

9. Images must be identified with a Title, Last Name, and YYMM of the competition. For example: ImageTitle-LastName-0711.jpg  Do not insert titles or names over the image.

10. Digital Image Salons will use the same scoring system and award structure as Color Slide and Monochrome and Color Print Salons.

11. Winning images will be kept by the Digital Chairman for end-of-year competition. Members’ monthly CDs will be returned.

12. After the Annual Banquet, the Digital Chairman will erase all members’ files from his hard drive. The winning images will be posted on the club website, if the maker has not submitted the form to prohibit this.
